For example, durian has a high amount of fiber and carbohydrates, so some people will have heartburn or bloating after eating. This condition can be aggravated if we drink alcohol and have cardiovascular disease.

Besides, the high amount of potassium in durian is also dangerous for patients with diabetes CKD.

In addition, because the sugar content in durian is quite high, it is hot, so pregnant women and people with high blood pressure, people with boils and hot flashes should limit it. Not only that, people with negative conditions, internal heat (thin people, dry skin, irritability, trouble sleeping, constipation…) also need to limit eating this fruit.
