The investigation process, on May 24, the force police raided and searched 7 establishments of the aforementioned subjects in Hanoi, Vinh Phuc and Thai Nguyen and brought nearly 300 male and female subjects belonging to this “black credit” line to the office.

Notably, among those involved are foreigners and the scale of this line is transnational.
