According to Motortrend, information about the Honda Civic 2022 with a dreamy purple color appeared last year. However, it was not until now that this purple version (Smokey Mauve Pearl) appeared on Honda’s website.

With this beautiful dreamy purple version, Honda Civic will not be able to use a manual transmission. The reason is that this paint color is only for versions using a continuously variable automatic transmission.

With the purple option, customers buying the 2022 Honda Civic will have to pay an additional 395 USD (equivalent to 9.1 million VND), applied to both Honda Civic EX-L or Sport Touring versions. This surcharge will apply to paint colors such as Sonic gray, Platinum white, Boost blue. Meanwhile, free paint options include Crystal Black, Lunar Silver, Meteorite Gray, and Rallye Red.

This rare purple color is pretty on the Civic hatchback, especially matching the Sport Touring’s 18-inch machined-faced wheels. The purple Honda Civic 2022 is appreciated for making the car look more personality and sportier.

According to rumors, the Honda Civic Type R sports version will also have a series of unique color options when it appears this year.
