Seeing heavy rain, I was able to make it in time. put a net around the shore to protect the fish in the pond, while the fish outside are from other houses,” Truong said.

Next to Mr. Truong’s house, Mr. Luong Van Vinh’s room was also flooded with water up to the bed. The water rose so fast that Vinh couldn’t keep up. The entire bed in his bedroom had not been evacuated in time to get wet.

“I can’t sleep tonight,” Vinh said with a smile, then waded in water to dry wet clothes.

The pig house built near the river was flooded with water, Vinh had to use a pallet as a stand for the pigs.

Heavy rains also flooded many crops of Nam Hong commune people.

2 flower samples still have a few days to harvest, but Mr. Vu Van Hoa and his wife, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh (Dia village, Nam Hong commune) have to hurry to cut and sell, rather than damaged flowers.
