“This motel room was renovated by me for a friend. Renovation time in 1 week, with the longest part being renovating the toilet and adding a kitchen. So my friend has enough space for 4 people to stay quite comfortably. In my opinion, if the house is rented for more than 5 years, you can fix it to your liking“, Phuong Anh shared.
With renovated houses that look like a lot of money, “you can do anything with money”, for those with tight economic conditions, there are still much easier options to do. Just from changing the paint color, attaching simple decorations and changing the light, it is completely different.
The cost will not be much if the family already has basic equipment such as TV, refrigerator, air conditioner… In this renovation of Phuong Anh, the most expensive is to redo the entire WC, replace it all. All in all, about 25 million.
