Along with that, the commander of the Fire and Rescue Police Department also dispatched a command vehicle directly present at the scene to direct the units to carry out rescue work.
As soon as they approached the scene, the fire commander urgently directed reconnaissance, captured the scene, and located the victim to have a plan to bring the victim outside.
The Fire and Rescue Police force quickly deployed special tools (jacks, tanks, iron cutters, Homatro hydraulic cutting equipment, …) to raise the elevator cabin to create space for officers and soldiers. approach and get the victim out.
At about 21:00 of the same day, the victim was taken out by the Fire and Rescue Police force and handed over to the medical force, Ngoc Khanh Ward Police for further procedures.
Initially, the two victims were identified as elevator repair workers.
The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
