Should you separate money with your fiancé?

My personal assets include an apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City worth two billion VND, a two-story house in Da Nang over four billion VND, and two pieces of land. My assets and cash are around seven billion dong, monthly income is about 100 million dong. The fiancé provides 10 million VND for his stepchild each month, and 10 million VND per month in installments to the bank. After deducting living expenses, he has almost no surplus. His parents are also well off, he has two brothers, his parents’ assets are around 10 billion VND, so he is quite dependent on his family and me.

I also do not pay attention to the dowry at his house, but I am a little disappointed because if we get married, we will both share the finances so that he can pay for the house purchase, while the property is in the name of his parents.
