The boy who survived told the minute the gunman burst into the classroom

“When I heard gunshots outside the door, I told my friends to hide somewhere so he wouldn’t see us,” the boy said. “I told you guys not to say anything because he’d hear. Then he came in, bowed a little and said ‘it’s time to die’.”

When police arrived at the scene, they said “scream if you need help” and a classmate of the boy said “help us”. The gunman heard, rushed to shoot the girl.

“Then the police stormed into the classroom. He shot the policeman and the police started shooting,” the boy said.

After the horrific attack left 19 classmates and two teachers dead, the child and other friends jumped out of the table. Perhaps the cover on the table prevented Ramos from detecting the children.

“I went out with my friends because I saw the police there. They were wearing bulletproof vests and carrying shields,” the boy said.

The boy also said that the two murdered teachers, Irma Garcia and Eva Mireles, were trying to protect the students. “The girls are very nice. They shield their classmates to help and to save them,” the boy said, adding that by talking with his family and counselors, he was able to cope with the trauma. psychological trauma.

Authorities said the gunman had been at the school for more than 40 minutes, while desperate witnesses urged police to enter. The police are said to have delayed action and could not prevent the tragedy.
