Specifically, the General Department of Customs proposed that the management of auto import licensing under donation and donation categories would be transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Transport. Because the import license belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the quality inspection of cars belongs to the Ministry of Transport.

Currently, in the process of customs clearance for imported cars as gifts, the Customs agency is still having to closely coordinate with the two ministries above.

Second, when carrying out the inspection procedures, we must have a certificate of registration and quality inspection results. , environmental emission, safety is only approved by the Registry Department.
