The Government agrees to a policy framework for compensation, support and resettlement for 6 projects

Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh has just signed official documents approving the compensation, support and resettlement policy framework for 6 component projects of the Project. North – South Expressway the East in the period of 2021 – 2025.

Specifically, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh approved the Policy Framework on compensation, support and resettlement projects:

1- Component project of Quy Nhon – Chi Thanh section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the period of 2021 – 2025.

2- Component project of Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the period of 2021 – 2025.

3- Component project of Can Tho – Hau Giang section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the 2021 – 2025 period.

4- Component project of Hau Giang – Ca Mau section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the period of 2021 – 2025.

5- Component project of Vung Ang – Bung section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the period of 2021 – 2025.

6- Component project of Van Ninh – Cam Lo section of the East North – South expressway construction project in the period of 2021 – 2025.

Before that, on February 11, the Government issued Resolution No. 18/NQ-CP implementing Resolution No. 44/2022/QH15 dated January 11, 2022 of the National Assembly on investment policy of the construction project. the East North-South Expressway in the 2021-2025 period.

Resolution No. 18/NQ-CP clearly states that the Ministry of Transport exercises the authority and responsibility of investment deciders according to current regulations in organizing the implementation of component projects, ensuring the progress of the project. basically complete the project by 2025 and put it into operation from 2026.
