When you see a solid white line, how do you go about the right way?

Pursuant to Appendix G of National Technical Regulation QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT issued together with Circular 54/2019/TT-BGTVT, this issue is regulated as follows:

first. Single line, solid, white color used to divide traffic lanes in the same direction in case vehicles are not allowed to change lanes or use other lanes; Vehicles must not cross the lane, must not overlap the line.

2. Single, dashed, white line Used to divide traffic lanes in the same direction. In this case, the vehicle is allowed to change lanes across the line.

3. Double line (one solid line, one dashed line) white used to divide traffic lanes in the same direction, vehicles on the lane adjacent to the dashed line are allowed to cross when necessary; Vehicles on the lane adjacent to the solid line must not cross the lane or overlap the line.
