Specifically, submitting to the President for awarding the Second-class Labor Medal to 4 individuals: Nguyen Huy Hoang, the National Swimming Team has had exceptional achievements, winning 5 gold medals and setting a record at the 31st SEA Games. ; Tran Hung Nguyen, National Swimming Team, won 4 gold medals, set a record at SEA Games 31; Nguyen Thi Huong, National Canoeing Team, won 5 gold medals at SEA Games 31; Nguyen Thi Oanh, of the National Athletics Team, won 3 gold medals and set a record at the 31st SEA Games.
