The Government Office has just issued Notice No. 161/TB-VPCP dated May 27, 2022, of the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam at the meeting of the Working Group to review and finalize the allocation of capital for the rehabilitation program. and socio-economic development in the health sector.

Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, Head of the Working Group, requested the Ministry of Health to review and assess the current status of the grassroots health care system and preventive medicine, to clarify the shortcomings, limitations, weaknesses that need to be overcome soon; on that basis, based on allocated resources and current regulations, determine objectives, tasks, solutions, criteria for selecting projects that need to be allocated capital, ensuring feasibility and efficiency. achieve the set goals; failing to arrange and allocate capital spread out, leveled, inefficient and failed to achieve the set goals, causing losses and waste State budget.

The Working Group was established to help the Prime Minister direct and urge the Ministry of Health and relevant agencies to coordinate in implementing the assigned tasks in Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam also requested the Ministry of Health and relevant agencies to proactively handle the work in accordance with their assigned functions, tasks and authority; in case of exceeding their competence, they shall report them to their superiors for handling according to processes, procedures and regulations.

Members of the working group seriously perform the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 640/QD-TTg dated May 24, 2022; prioritize the arrangement of full meeting time; In case of appointing someone to attend the meeting instead, a written authorization must be obtained.
