After 1 week – the transaction day to make the purchase and sale documents, there was news that Ms. L’s land lot was accepted by someone to buy it for 2.5 billion VND. Seeing the price increase rapidly, Ms. L broke the deposit and accepted to pay.

Not only received the deposit from Ms. L, the brokerage team X.Đ gave another group to invite her to buy 2 other lots of land that the group had bought during this “wave”. Seeing that the price increased too quickly, and having an amount of money available, Ms. L thought she would make a deposit and have to make a deposit 20 days later. During that time, Ms. L will consign it to a broker to sell it at a price difference. Thinking to do it, Ms. L deposited 2 lots of land that the brokerage team offered.

However, Ms. L did not know that she was included in the “matrix” created by the brokerage team of the X.Đ floor. This price blow quickly fizzled out, many investors who only counted “surfing” accepted to break the stake. As for Ms. L, after she couldn’t find a buyer, when it came time to get money, she accepted to borrow more from a bank to get money because if not for those 2 plots of land, she would lose up to 400 million dong.

In addition, there are many other forms that are known in the field of real estate project sales such as staging the sale and purchase; continuous deposit to lure investors to buy; drawing up plans, virtual projects… With the sophisticated and sophisticated forms of the storks, customers easily fall into the “matrix”.

An experienced investor shared: “The trick of spreading rumors about planning or preparing a project has been around for a long time, but many investors still easily fall into it. Especially this year, promoting public investment, many localities announced plans, many brokers took advantage of this to inflate prices to cause virtual fever.

Of course, investors pouring money into hot areas can surf the net if that investor is lucky. But the possibility of that luck is not very certain because it can be controlled, tightened, and collected by the State is very high. Therefore, you should not try your luck in that type of risk, but should look for the mainstream market, which is protected by law for business. Don’t try your luck in chaotic markets.”
