Through the training session, cadres, civil servants and public employees will be informed by experts on the basic contents of PAR, especially major orientations on PAR in the coming period, skills and expertise in implementing PAR and lessons learned and solutions to improve the effectiveness of the PAR of the Ministry of Information and Communications in general and agencies and units in particular.

Talking to students from an online bridge, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Huy Dung emphasized that administrative reform is an indispensable and objective need of all administrations in each historical period. Currently, PAR work is identified by the Party and State as one of the key political tasks and a breakthrough in the development of the country.

On May 25, the Government’s PAR Steering Committee held a meeting to announce the PAR index for 2021 of ministries, branches and localities. The PAR index of the Ministry of Information and Communications increased by 1 rank compared to 2020, from 10th position to 9th position. According to the Deputy Minister, in order to improve the annual PAR index as well as the quality and effectiveness of PAR of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry has implemented many solutions. “PAR is not only the task of the leaders of the Ministry, the standing body of PAR, of the units assigned to take charge of monitoring the administrative reform fields, but also the task of all agencies and units under the Ministry.
