On the evening of May 27, Mr. Mai Xuan Thang, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hai Nhan Commune, Nghi Son Town (Thanh Hoa) said that people had just saved three mothers and children in the commune from committing suicide at Hao Hao lake.
Accordingly, at about 5:00 p.m. on the same day, Ms. HTB (from Nhu Thanh district got married to Khanh Van village, Hai Nhan commune) brought her two children to the bridge over Hao Hao lake on the Nghi Son – Vang Sao route and gave it to her daughter. The older one jumped from the bridge into the lake first, while Ms. B. hugged the small child and jumped back.

When discovering the incident, a resident, Mr. Cao Minh Nhat, living in Xuan Hau village, Hai Nhan commune, and 2 workers of Nghi Son Environmental Company were passing through this area, jumped into the lake to save all 3 victims. brought ashore and transferred to the emergency hospital.
According to Mr. Thang, after being taken to the emergency hospital, the victims are awake and in stable health.
