According to Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, every year, based on the need for consideration and recognition of meeting standards for the title of professor, associate professor, the head of a higher education institution shall decide to: establishment of the Grassroots Council of Professors.
The Junior Council of Professors has from 9 to 15 members. The grassroots Council of Professors has a term of 1 year. The head of the higher education institution is responsible for allocating material foundations, equipment, funds, means and other necessary conditions for the establishment’s Council of Professors to operate.
