Class B1 license is specialized in automatic transmission and is issued to non-drivers to operate the following vehicles:

Time to study and issue a B1 class car driving license
Depending on a number of car driving training institutions, the tuition fee for people studying for a Class B1 driving license will be different.
Accordingly, currently, the average cost of training and testing for a Class B1 driver’s license ranges from 7 to 12 million VND. Normally, training institutions will have 2 tuition rates for learners to choose from as follows:
– Basic package of driving lessons B1 package costs from 7 to 10 million VND, including: registration, driving lessons and test (only 1 test is counted).
– Advanced B1 driving school upgrade package is 9-12 million VND, including training from learning to certification exam (unlimited number of tests).
According to the latest regulations of the Ministry of Transport, students who want to issue a Class B1 license need to ensure:
Total learning time is 476 hours with 136 hours of theory and 340 hours of practical driving. Thus, learners will have to spend 3 months learning both theory and practice. When enough time has elapsed since submitting the application for registration from 3 months or more, learners will be arranged to take the test and issue a driving license according to regulations.
