In order to limit the division of agricultural land into small parcels of land, using agricultural land for improper purposes and disrupting the planning, the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City has just submitted a written proposal to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to participate. plot to adjust Decision No. 07 in the direction of increasing the minimum area allowed to separate plots.

Specifically, the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City proposed that the newly formed agricultural land after the separation of the parcel must meet the following conditions, such as: Area not less than 1,000m2 for wards and townships; the area is not less than 2,000m2 for communes;

After the separation, the land plot must be adjacent to the road; consult the People’s Committee of the ward and commune where the land is located on the needs and purposes of the division of the parcel; do not resolve to separate agricultural land plots for administrative violations such as: Using land for improper purposes, illegally building works on agricultural land, arbitrarily opening roads without permission from competent authorities. .

While waiting for the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province to consider and adjust Decision No. 07, the People’s Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City suggested that the city areas temporarily stop receiving dossiers of separation of agricultural land plots that do not meet the prescribed conditions. current.
