Along with that, communication to the whole society, focusing on parents, teachers and caregivers about knowledge, support skills, and orientation for children to interact safely and healthily, creativity in the network environment.
Implement proactive and active solutions to prevent and detect acts of child abuse in the online environment; ensure necessary conditions for children to participate safely and healthily in the online environment and have appropriate support solutions for children to recover from negative impacts from the network environment. Simultaneously, popularize the ecosystem of Vietnamese products and applications on the network to meet the learning and entertainment needs of children in the online environment.

A specific goal is set in the plan that 100% of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools and child protection and nurturing facilities in the province periodically organize propaganda programs. , education of knowledge and skills necessary for children to participate in a safe online environment; 100% of children who are victims of abuse in the online environment are supported and intervened at the request of the children themselves or from their relatives and the social community.
Lang Son also sets a target that 100% of organizations and individuals who are denounced or found to have violated the law against children in the online environment will be handled in accordance with the law. Striving to disseminate knowledge about computer use and digital skills to children aged 10 and older, reaching 40% of the population in districts with ethnic minorities and mountainous and border areas; 60% for the remaining communes and districts and 80% for Lang Son city.
To realize the set goals, there are 5 groups of tasks and solutions that will be focused on implementing by agencies and units in Lang Son, including: Reviewing and completing the legal framework, mechanisms and policies. on protecting and supporting children to interact in a healthy online environment; Education and communication to raise awareness and equip skills; Deploying technical measures and solutions, applying technology; Training, training, capacity building of law enforcement; Mobilize resources and social participation, strengthen international cooperation.
Leaders of the People’s Committee of Lang Son province assigned the Department of Information and Communications to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to effectively implement the plan.
