The head of the Organization Department of the Central Committee suggested that party organizations do in-depth research to fully implement the new regulations of the Politburo. Issues that are not clear can be sent in writing to the Central Organizing Committee. “It is not enough for Party committees and organizations at all levels and organizations to strictly comply with this, but it is important to improve the quality of rotation work; regularly supervise, monitor and help cadres to complete their tasks. should not think that if they go back and forth, they will hold a higher position,” said Ms. Mai, emphasizing that cadres must go and do real work.

In the coming time, the Central Organizing Committee will actively evaluate the cadres to be rotated. Some vertical agencies such as tax, customs… will have specific instructions.

Mr. Mai Van Chinh, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, further clarified that Regulation 65 ensures overall, synchronous and interconnectedness among all levels and agencies in the political system; harmoniously deal with the use of on-site staff to meet immediate requirements and train for long-term service.

The staff rotation process includes: 5 steps; period of at least 36 months; special cases shall be considered and decided by competent authorities.
