The 2022 Mazda3 is refreshed with a sporty bodykit

The standard Mazda3 sedan was introduced at Mazda Glenmarie showroom, Malaysia with a new look. The car is equipped with a set of sports accessories for the exterior and some adjustments in the car.

Specifically, the spoiler system is additionally equipped at the front, sides and rear of the car. The grille rim is dark instead of chrome, and under the car are the air vents.

Although not a carbon fiber accessory like on super sports cars, the spoiler brings a more eye-catching appearance to the Mazda3.

Inside the car, the seats, steering wheel and gear knob are covered with suede interspersed leather. The front seat headrests have the MS logo, which stands for Mazdasport.

The standard version uses a 1.5L naturally aspirated 4-cylinder petrol engine, producing 118 horsepower and maximum torque of 153 Nm with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

In Vietnam, the Mazda3 sedan is being sold with 3 versions, priced from 669 million VND, the hatchback model has only 2 versions with the same price from 739 million VND.

According to VAMA data, by the end of April 2022, Thaco has sold 1,106 Mazda3 cars in Vietnam market, surpassing Toyota Corolla Altis (304 cars), Honda Civic (213 cars).
