According to Mr. Tuan Tin, if fish in other rural areas are sold in bundles or by weight, jaggery in Dai Loc is sold in a very special way. They are measured in small cups – slightly better than a cup of banh beo with a rather expensive price, up to several tens of thousands per cup. “If you calculate the weight, the price of the fish in my hometown is 300,000 to 400,000 VND/kg. It’s so expensive, but everyone likes to eat, buy and enjoy. So if before, it was very difficult for rich people in other places to buy and eat,” proud Mr. Tuan Tin.
