On May 7, Hoan Kiem District Police arrested two suspects, Nguyen Huy Nam and Hoang Hong Diep. The subjects agreed on a plan that if any store was empty, Nam would stay outside the guard and Diep would go inside the store to steal property.

Through extensive struggle, Hoan Kiem District Police clarified: In addition to the above property theft, both subjects also caused 3 other thefts at a fashion store on Hue Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District. ; fashion stores on Dinh Ngang street, Cua Nam ward, Hoan Kiem district and fashion boutiques at Nguyen Bieu street, Ba Dinh district.

Currently, Hoan Kiem District Police are consolidating records and handling subjects in accordance with the law.
