Even coming to my house in an apartment, there are 6 phone calls a week asking: ‘Brother, is your house for rent?’, ‘Is your house for sale?’. I had to tell the broker who asked to buy the house that it was only for rent, and the broker who asked for the house to rent was ‘for sale only’. One fine day someone came up to the house to ask, what did my wife think the stranger was doing.

It means that 10 years ago the land price was different, the demand for residential land was also different. Really at a time like now, with genuine artists like us, without any business, just making money with our profession, to have a piece of land and a house is a problem”, the artist said. Some types of real estate in some localities increased in price quite high in March. Real estate rental prices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City also increased slightly.
