First, please activate 5G . connection on the phone (if available) by going to Settings – SIM Card & Mobile networks (SIM card and mobile networks), select the SIM registered for 5G.

If successful, you will receive a message with the content: “You have successfully signed up for a super-speed 5G experience package. Free data access on 5G infrastructure. Offer to use for 30 days, please turn on 5G mode on the device and use it in an area with 5G signal.

This means that to be able to experience 5G, in addition to a successful registration, you need to use a 5G enabled phone (enabled) and be in an area of ​​coverage.
