The scale of the project is divided into two phases: Phase 1, striving to welcome 1 million passengers and transport goods of 350 tons per year by 2030 with a total expected investment of 2,500 billion. Including the following items: Take-off runway with size of 2,600mx 45m, cement concrete structure to ensure the operation of A320, A321 aircraft and military aircraft Su27, Su30MK.
