The owner’s request focuses on private spaces for each member and common spaces to connect people during family time.

Every space has two sides ventilated to the space or garden by sliding doors to create ventilation throughout.
A large space is provided in the middle of the house as ventilation ducts for all spaces.
The adult bedroom is arranged between two gardens on the ground floor, two bedrooms for a 5-year-old child and parents on the second floor.
On the top floor there is a small gym that opens to the garden.
The roof terrace is filled with green trees, bringing freshness to the building.
