When Mr. An’s boat ran to an area with many fishing boats of Quang Tri fishermen, he thought it was safe, but Mr. Tang’s boat sank, causing 6 people to be thrown into the sea. “Mr. Tang deliberately sank our ship, then ran away. Fortunately, Cuong and the crew saved us in time, we survived,” said Hoang Ngoc Lam.

Lam added that the collision on May 23 in Nhat Le sea (Quang Binh) was caused by high winds and waves that caused ships to collide, not intentionally. After that, the two sides cursed with the reason that Mr. Tang did not sell fish to Mr. An.
