Preparation: 01 bowl of corn kernel rice, 1 egg, half a bowl of starch, 3 teaspoons salt and pepper

Processing: Boil water for corn, blanch for 2 minutes, remove and drain. Next, break the eggs into the bowl, add a prepared starch and mix well so that the flour adheres evenly to the corn. Put a small amount of cooking oil in a hot pot, then pour in the corn, but do not stir immediately. Turn the corn over when the eggs start to harden, season with salt and pepper, and scallions, stir well and finish the fried corn on a plate to enjoy.

4. Russian Salad

Remove the seeds to a bowl of cold water to cool and pour into a basket to drain. Note that it should not be boiled carefully, it is easy to break, so boil the potatoes and carrots last.
