Regarding the price of sex work, Hien and Thanh do not allow prostitutes to directly exchange or negotiate with customers, but will evaluate the form of the prostitutes and then set their own price. If they agree to the price, the two “tu man” will send the prostitute’s information and address for customers to transact.

In this sex brokerage ring, the two suspects often offer prices from 3.5 to 7 million dong/time to buy sex. Depending on each transaction, Thanh and Hien will collect 1-3 million VND in brokerage fees from prostitutes. The money for buying sex will be transferred to Hien by the customer, then the suspect will pay the prostitute.
