When launched in early September 2015, Bentley shocked the global auto industry with the brand’s first commercial super luxury SUV. The name Bentayga is explained by the company as inspired by the largest coniferous forest in the world.

Owning a completely new twin-turbo 6.0 W12 engine, the Bentayga takes 4.1 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h before reaching the maximum limit of 301 km / h. The car has a capacity of 600 horsepower from 5,000-6,000 rpm. Maximum pulling power of 900 Nm from 1,350 – 4,000 rpm. Bentley announced, this is the fastest super luxury SUV in the world at the time of launch.

Two months after the global launch, the first Bentayga cars rolled out of its factory in Crewe (UK). The first owner of this super SUV was British Prime Minister David Cameron at that time – which showed the importance of Bentayga to the country’s auto industry.

At the time of handing over the first Bentayga to users, Bentley plans to produce 3,500 units for 2016. However, the number of orders from around the world skyrocketed, forcing the British super company to increase capacity. assemble. In case customers have special personalization needs, after choosing a car with the same specifications, Bentley Ho Chi Minh will support to discuss directly with Mulliner’s design team. Unique needs such as paint color, logo design, car text… will be sent to Mulliner in advance by this dealer, in order to understand the needs and preferences of customers. From there, the team will come up with many sketches for the car model in advance, helping customers easily make a decision.

Based on the confirmation of the customer who booked the car through the Mulliner personalization department, Bentley Ho Chi Minh will make a detailed quote. In case the guest wants to visit the Bentley factory to meet and discuss with the Mulliner team in Crewe (UK), Bentley Ho Chi Minh will arrange the trip.

“Normally, it takes 3 to 5 weeks to arrange for a customer to talk to Mulliner. If a customer wants to visit the factory and meet this team in person, it will take up to 8 weeks. Ordering a Mulliner personalized car usually takes 5-6 months, depending on the number of personalization details,” shared Bentley representative Ho Chi Minh.

In addition, this representative also said that previously in Vietnam, most users wanted to get an available car, but now, the rate that wants to book a car with a separate configuration has accounted for nearly half. This is also the general trend of Bentley users around the world, as the Mulliner division has recorded a growth of 200% in personalized vehicles from 2020 to date – the highest level in Bentley history.

According to the company’s calculations, the company ships an average of 3 highly personalized Bentleys per day from the Mulliner division. Each car model customers tend to choose different personalization details. For example, Bentayga’s customers often prefer exterior paint color options; Flying Spur buyers are interested in the wood trim option while Continental GT customers prefer to order options in the carbon fiber bodykit…

Bentayga S 2022 is the first sports version of the Bentayga series. A representative of Bentley Ho Chi Minh said that a Vietnamese customer soon contacted the company to order the first genuine Bentayga S in Vietnam, as soon as this model was launched in the world.

The car uses 22-inch multi-spoke wheels, the S badge is placed on the edge of the front door. Large grille cluster, diamond design. The two sides are matrix LED lights with a characteristic circular design.

The rear end is highlighted by a large wing, which helps to increase aerodynamics when traveling at high speed. Below is an oval exhaust cluster, split in half in the middle. Interestingly, the wipers of this model apply a 22-tap high-pressure heating function, first appearing on Bentley models.

The S badge is embroidered on the seats, printed on the dashboard and glass panels. The car also has a unique Aluminum coating on the body panels and doors. The company representative said that this coating is created by diamond shapes, the company has meticulously grinded each shape in three directions, creating a unique 3D effect. Finally, the interior is embellished with Piano black veneer.

The rear cabin of the Bentayga S 2022 is equipped with a remote control tablet, to fine-tune functions such as air conditioning and seat customization. Bentley Rear Entertainment entertainment system has a pair of 10.1-inch screens mounted on the headrests of the front seats. Users can play independent content on these two screens, through the company’s application on smartphones.

Bentayga S 2022 uses a twin-turbo 4.0 V8 engine with a maximum capacity of 542 horsepower and 770 Nm of pulling power.
