In particular, during surgery, there were about 300 small blood clots (blood clots, hematomas) in the right scrotum, the right testicle ruptured in two locations, size 2×3 cm and 1x2cm, losing 50% of the parenchyma. The doctors took the hematoma, stopped the bleeding, and preserved the right testicle. Currently, the patient is stable and has been discharged from the hospital.
