According to Decree 10/2020 on business and conditions for transport business, passenger transport business vehicles of 9 seats or more, containerized cargo trucks, and tractors must be fitted with a camera to store images. during the journey before 1/7/2021. Transport units must store camera images for at least the last 24 hours for vehicles traveling up to 500 km and for at least 72 hours for vehicles traveling over 500 km. Image data is provided to the police, traffic authorities and licensing agencies to control the driver’s activities, prevent overloaded vehicles, and crammed passengers.

Due to the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic and to support businesses, the Government has allowed to delay the sanctioning time limit for not installing this device until the end of December 31, 2021.
