Russia gains control of half of the city of Sievierodonetsk in Eastern Ukraine

Pasechnik said fighting was still going on throughout the city of Sievierodonetsk, but Russian forces were not advancing as quickly as expected.

“Above all, we want to maintain the city’s infrastructure,” added Pasechnik.
