According to Ms. TH (in Phuong Canh, Nam Tu Liem), she is the woman in the case. At about 6:20 pm on May 28, Ms. H. took the elevator in Hateco apartment building. When she went to the 8th floor, she was suddenly pushed by a man in a blue shirt accompanying the elevator from behind to the hallway.

Ms. H. said, when in the elevator, she stood in front of this man. Before that, she and this person did not know each other, did not argue or fight, and this person did not say which floor he wanted to go to or ask to give way.

After being pushed out, Ms. H. reacted. There was a scuffle between the two people outside the apartment lobby and everyone intervened.

Ms. H. said she did not understand why the other man behaved like that. After the incident, she reported to Phuong Canh Ward Police.
