It is difficult to tell all the difficulties on the way of teaching letters of highland teachers. Not only teaching, teachers in Nam Ban – one of the most difficult communes in Nam Nhun district, Lai Chau province – also mobilized students to go to class. One more student going to school, one more student who doesn’t drop out midway is adding light of knowledge to these lands.

Free textbooks, student notebooks, school supplies, health insurance, scholarships, credits for students, priority in enrollment, training… – many support policies The allowance system has created favorable conditions for many children of ethnic minorities to study, contributing to increasing the rate of children going to school.

Many of them have entered universities, colleges and vocational schools. Then later, they can return to the village to help children like me.
