Two more airports launch online check-in service

Vietnam Airlines continues to deploy the service online check-in (online check-in) for passengers departing from Pleiku airport from May 31 and Phu Cat airport (Quy Nhon) from June 8.

Thus, Vietnam Airlines has increased the total number of airports applying online check-in service to 16 airports and is gradually moving to deploy this convenient service throughout the domestic airport network. . This is one of the efforts of Vietnam Airlines to move towards the goal of a digital airline (Digital Airline).

Previously, the national airline had launched an online check-in service to serve passengers departing from Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Van Don, Cat Bi, Vinh, Chu airports. Lai, Con Dao, Phu Quoc, Da Lat, Dien Bien, Can Tho and Tho Xuan.

Passengers can save time by self-check-in online via Vietnam Airlines website or mobile application between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

After completing the online check-in process, passengers will receive an “Online Boarding Pass” via electronic device or can print the card themselves, then go directly to the passenger security check and door. boarding the aircraft without having to go to the airline’s check-in counter at the airport for confirmation.
