According to initial reports, while Mr. Hoang Lam Binh (SN 1995), residing in Khau Ca, Nam Quang commune, Bao Lam district was sleeping in bed, in the house it was raining heavily, the wind was strong and suddenly he was struck by lightning. transmitted through power lines to people and died on the spot.
