Russia has completed testing of the Zircon hypersonic cruise missile and will deploy it before the end of the year on a new ship of the Northern Fleet, a senior Russian military official said.

Defense expert Nicholas Drummond told Newsweek that the Zircon is a super expensive missile, estimating the cost of each missile to be between $5-210 million, while the Tomahawk cruise missile costs less than $5 million. USD.
