Earlier on the afternoon of May 27, Binh Tan District Police received information from Binh Tan District Hospital about the case of a baby girl born in 2001 (born in Soc Trang, residing in Tan Tao ward, Binh Tan district) hospitalized in a state of emergency. cyanosis was determined to be fatal before arriving at the hospital. Binh Tan District Police have investigated to clarify the cause.

Binh Tan District Police took the statements of the people involved to clarify the case. Accordingly, K’s mother, Ms. SHV (SN 1985, hometown of Soc Trang) said that, with difficult family circumstances, Ms. V and her husband moved from Soc Trang to Ho Chi Minh City to find a livelihood. Ms. V is a self-employed worker. V’s husband is a self-employed worker. V and his wife have 2 children. K is the youngest child, less than 1 year old.

Because she works as a worker, Ms. V often sends baby K to Hua Thi Kim Trang to take care of. On May 27, after giving baby K to Trang to go to work until noon, V received a phone call from V saying that K had cough, vomited milk, and turned pale, so Ms. V returned home to take K to the hospital. hospital, but K did not survive.

After an autopsy, Binh Tan District Police discovered that K’s abdomen area was pale, with multiple abdominal injuries, liver damage, and lung damage, so he brought Trang back to the headquarters for clarification. Here, Trang claimed that because K coughed and vomited milk constantly, Trang used her hand to hit K’s stomach many times.
