Recently, Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Tan signed a document on handling inspection conclusions for Trung Ky Viem Dong Real Estate Management Business Joint Stock Company.

The province requires the Company to fully pay the land rent in 2020 and 2021 for the land area of ​​10,871m2 leased by the State to the Company, paying the annual land rental in the amount of 999,109,504 VND.

Along with that, complete documents and procedures for submission to competent agencies for appraisal and approval for local adjustment of the detailed construction planning (1/500) of Viem Dong beach area under the direction of the Provincial People’s Committee.

The company needs to compile all documents and procedures on the environment of the project and submit it to the competent authority for appraisal and approval in accordance with regulations. Focus on coordinating with the People’s Committee of Dien Ban town to carry out the compensation and site clearance for the remaining area of ​​the project to invest in the construction and complete the project on schedule.

Previously, on November 10, 2017, the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province issued a decision approving the detailed construction planning (1/500) of Viem Dong beach. According to the planning scheme, the main functional subdivisions here include commercial and service buildings, accommodation, green areas and other ancillary works.

On March 10, 2022, the Provincial People’s Committee made a decision approving the local adjustment of the detailed planning (1/500) of Viem Dong beach area. Accordingly, Viem Dong beach area will include 5 main functional areas: Beach service area (hotel accommodation service – tourist villa); resettlement land and border guard house; public service area; green areas; other ancillary facilities.
