The scores of the second round are somewhat skewed to the right, showing that the results of the candidates in this round are higher than in the first round. This is explained by 65% ​​of the candidates (more than 25,000) test takers before.

The median score of the first phase is 692, the second phase is 702, proving that the test questions are highly stable, according to the assessment of the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.

The second round of competency assessment was held at 37 test sites in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and An Giang. The exam consists of 120 objective multiple-choice questions, the test time is 150 minutes, calculated on a scale of 1,200.

The test structure consists of three parts: Using language; Mathematics, logical thinking and data analysis; Problem solving. The field of the exam is wide, from natural sciences, social sciences, English, languages.

At the end of March, nearly 80,000 candidates took part in the first round of competency assessment with an average score of 646.1 points. The candidate with the highest test score is 1,087 points and the lowest is 210 points, 117 candidates over 1,000 points.

For both exams, the number of contestants is nearly 93,000 with 120,000 registrations. Currently, 86 universities and colleges use the results of this exam to enroll students, including 10 member schools and faculties of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. More than 1,600 majors use exam results for admission.
