He Victor Ngo is an expert in the banking sector with more than 30 years of experience. He has joined UOB Bank since 2004 and held the position of Head of Compliance Division of UOB Group from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, he also led the Group’s Audit Division from 2006. Before Joining UOB, Mr. Victor Ngo has worked in Singapore and Australia for a global bank for 17 years.

Since 2015, Mr. Victor Ngo has been very active in connecting with businesses and industry partners in Vietnam. He played a key role in helping UOB become the first Singaporean bank to set up a 100% foreign-owned subsidiary in Vietnam in 2017.

Mr. Victor Ngo will lead UOB Vietnam’s efforts to deepen digital capabilities, expand the Bank’s financial solutions, and connect customers to opportunities in Singapore. Vietnam market through UOB Group’s extensive regional network.
