In 2013, the Military Court of Military Region 1 sentenced Trieu Quan Quan to life in prison for murder, robbery and desertion.

At the end of 2015, when serving a sentence in Quang Ngai, Su escaped from prison. After being arrested, in 2016, Su was sentenced to 3 years in prison for escaping from custody and 3 years in prison for Theft. The total prison sentence is life in prison.

Then on June 3, 2020, while serving a prison sentence at the Central Region Military Prison, Military Zone 5 (located in Quang Ngai), Trieu Quan climbed over the guard tower, clinging to the water pipe to the ground. escape out. After that, the Military Court of Military Region 5 sentenced defendant Trieu Quan to 3 years in prison for escaping from prison and 3 years for Theft of property, the common penalty for both crimes was 6 years in prison. In summary, Trieu Quan Quan was sentenced to life in prison.
