Launching a technology center and digital transformation solutions in education
EdTech Center with an open operating model, encourages scientists and experts to conduct research and applications in the field of digital transformation of education.
On the morning of June 1, Hanoi University of Science and Technology launched the EdTech Center for Digital Transformation Technology and Solutions in Education. EdTech Center was established in the model of a mixed international research center, led by Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Sun*Inc. (Japan) jointly invest in construction and operation.
The Center is a place to connect research, development and application groups on educational digital transformation within the University with facilities outside the school, to conduct research, training, and technology transfer.
Assoc. Prof. Huynh Quyet Thang, Rector of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that the establishment of the Center for Technology and Digital Transformation in Edtech Education demonstrates the school’s determination in digital transformation in education.
He said that the school has had digital transformation programs and products for teaching and learning management at the school, such as the eHUST system.
According to Dr Pham Huy Hoang, Director of the EdTech Center, the Center will provide cutting-edge technologies, solutions and products available for higher and postgraduate education in the future.
