Nghe An male student won a double gold medal in Informatics Asia

Truong Van Quoc Bao, a student in class 12A2 at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, is the first Nghe An student to win a medal in the international arena this school year.

This morning (June 2), information from Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted said that Truong Van Quoc Bao, a student of class 12A2, has just won a gold medal at the 2022 Asian Informatics Olympiad.

The 2022 Asian Informatics Olympiad, hosted by Egypt, is held in the form of an online competition. With this result, Bao will be the Asian valedictorian of the Vietnamese team. Before that, Bao also held the position of valedictorian in round 2.

This is also the second time, Truong Van Quoc Bao won the Gold Medal at this competition. In addition, I also won a Silver Medal at the International Informatics Olympiad in 2021 when I was in grade 11.

In the coming time, Bao will continue with the Vietnamese student team to participate in the International Informatics Olympiad, which is expected to take place in August in Indonesia.
