Tera Park Company specializes in providing wooden beverage packaging materials that meet the standards of the World Forest Association (FSC). Wood produced meets the criteria of FSC and more importantly can be replanted, reducing indiscriminate exploitation of forests. Tera Park currently supplies packaging materials to more than 30 partners who are beverage businesses in Vietnam. In the sustainable development strategy, in addition to providing materials, this company introduces the technology of recycling waste paper boxes from its partners.

According to Mr. Ta Bao Long, representative of Tera Park Vietnam, there are currently 3 businesses in the country that are partners in recycling beverage shells. The paper box after use is separated into 3 parts including: paper, polymer film, aluminum film. Paper is shredded, recycled into notebooks; aluminum film and polymer film are pressed into roofing sheets with a durability of more than 10 years, anti-noise.

“We are ready to introduce paper recycling technology to our partners if domestic enterprises have a need to have more businesses involved. However, with this, businesses need to have a long-term vision. Long-term, there is a clear commitment because to invest in recycling technology the cost can be up to millions of dollars,” said Mr. Long.

Specializing in the fashion field, H&M (Sweden) company introduces the technology of recycling old fabrics from clothes, spinning them into new clothes. The company also uses agricultural by-products to create yarns to make new costumes that are not inferior to conventional production.

At the event, Swedish businesses introduced steel production technology using hydrogen as an alternative to coal, electric vehicle production technology, nanomaterials to replace plastic…

Ms. Ann Mawe, Ambassador of Sweden to Vietnam, said that Sweden has experience and technology for green solutions and sustainable development. “We want to create conditions for the two countries to co-create so that businesses and society can contribute ideas for green solutions,” Mawe said.
