Ho Chi Minh City piloted teaching artificial intelligence to high school students

This is information from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, part of the Smart Education and Lifelong Learning project for the period 2021-2030 of the City People’s Committee.

For pilot implementation, the city will choose 5 high schools and each district will choose a junior high school. AI content will be integrated into the program’s informatics subject.

Besides, schools will also supplement with club activities, extra-curricular activities, related competitions such as: scientific research, lego contest, robotics…

In addition to the schools selected for the pilot, other schools can still teach AI through the school program.
