In the context that the construction materials market is experiencing strong price fluctuations, the disbursement of public investment projects is behind schedule, the inspection plan of the Ministry of Construction aims to closely follow the reality, share and absorb the trouble, difficulty; clarify the authority of ministries, branches and localities to jointly remove difficulties and obstacles in the shortest time. The goal is to bring the projects to the finish line on schedule and to serve socio-economic development.

According to the plan, the inspection team will evaluate the achieved results, and point out the limitations, weaknesses, and difficulties in state management of cost management and construction contracts in operation. construction investment.

Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi requested that the inspection be done seriously, objectively and honestly, without obstructing the operation of the inspected units; there is close coordination between agencies and units, to ensure the inspection is comprehensive, focused and key.
